Additional sleep arrangements available in downstairs den (queen sleeper sofa) and attic sleep loft (queen+twin floor mattresses). Well equipped kitchen with skylights and wood beams. The dining room opens to a lush and secluded deck area, furnished for open air dining, BBQing (gas), and lounging. Wraparound, roof covered porch offers additional seating - perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the neighborhood walk by, kids playing in the yard, or a spectacular show of fireflies on summer nights. 2 home offices and large sunlit studio with vaulted ceiling and skylights offer plenty options for remote work. Basement with sectional couch for movie nights/gaming, home gym, play area, laundry, and workbench with tools. Three full bathrooms with bathtubs.
The house is comfortably furnished with a Scandinavian touch, hardwood floors thorough out, Nest multi-zone heating/air conditioning and ceiling fans. High speed WIFI, Sonos for music, Netflix enabled flat screen TV in living and 110" projector in basement, also connected to Xbox.
Landscaped yard with leveled front lawn, great for outdoor play. Summer guests can enjoy homegrown berries, vegetables, and herbs from garden.
